iTunes is a proprietary digital media player application, used for playing and organizing digital music and video files. Download iTunes and subscribe to CISD podcasts.
RSS (Really Simple Syndication) is a way to subscribe to our podcasts feed. When you subscribe, the podcast is added to the Common Feed List and automatically downloaded to your computer to be viewed in Internet Explorer and other programs.
Download files to your comptuer by simplying using a right click and selecting "Save Target As".
